[ he's in the tech lab, looking at his supplies laid out on the table in front of him and going through some vague plans in his mind of what to put together. he's already decided to put together something, grabbing what he could from the commissary before heading to the tech lab to stash them.

he's thinking of his taser, of ciel shocking all of them earlier, of trying to emulate that here when he realizes what he's missing. he needs an ankle monitor, fresh, since he doesn't have the materials to recreate the circuit from scratch.

he'll head over to the terminal when that occurs to him, looking pretty tired and pushing hair out of his face as he taps out a question, covering a yawn with one hand and tapping out a message with the other. ]

can you add an ankle monitor to the commissary and let me know when? i'll take it before anyone else can grab it. i need 2 or 3.
